       Sabse pahle aapko white rice ke jagah brown rice use karna padega uske sath whole chicken ke jagah lean chicken (chicken breast) ya use karna padega aur ye aap ghar par hi bana payenge. Chicken biryani banana ke liye aapko kuch ingredients chahie.
Ingredients:-
1) Brown rice – 500 gram 
2) Chicken breast – 500 gram
3) Onion – 100 gram
4) Ginger garlic paste – 50 gram
5) Olive oil/mustard oil/ghee – 50 gram
6) Green chili as par yours taste 
7) Biryani masala – 5 gram
8) Kewra water – 50 ml
9) Jafran colour – 2 g
10) Cloves –  5 to 6 pic
11) Cinnamon stick – 1 inch 
12) Curd (dahi) – 50 garm
13) Meetha attar
14) Milk
15) Salt as per taste

Method :-
  Sabse phale rice Ko achhi tarah dho kar saaf kar lena hain fir usme kuch extra water dekar rakh dena hain kuchh der usko water me soch karna hain uske bad chicken Ko achhe tarike se saaf karkar usme ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, jafran colour, salt 2tbs aur card (dahi) mila kar rest karne ke liye chod dijiye kam se kam 30 min ke liye. uske bad rice pakane ke liye ek handi me pani ko garam kijiye boiling point tak fir salt 2tbs, cloves and cinnamon dal dijiye fir thodi der bad rice ko bhi dal dijiye aur 80% tak rice ko paka lijiye fir rice ko utaar kar thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye uske bad onion ko slice karke use 30 grams oil me fry karna hain jab tak vah golden-brown na ho jaaye fir onion ko nikalkar alag rakh lena hain ab baki oil Jo bachega handi me usi me chicken ko dal dijiye aur acche se pakad liya jab tak chicken ka masala alag na ho jaaye aur garlic ginger ka smell dur na ho jaaye uske bad rice ko ek alag bartan me nikal ke rakhe aur jis handi me rice ko paya tha usi hindi me thoda oil lekar garm karen uske bad usme half rice dal de  uske bad chicken dal de usme fried onion dal de baki ka chawal dale fir milk me bacch hua oil aur jafran colour mila kar acchi tarah chawal me anticlockwise hath ko ghumate hue dal de uske bad 2 dhakkan kewra water dal de fir 2 ml mittha attar anticlockwise hatho se ghuma kar dal de aur fir upar se biryani masala dal de aur use dhakkan lagakar 1/2 hour tak dhimi aach per pakne ke liye chhod de 1/2 hour bad aapka healthy Biryani taiyar hain khaye aur enjoy Kare aur itne biryani me 4 members aaram se kha sakte hain.
