Samosa ek unhealthy deep fried food hain but isase aap ghar per Puri tarah se healthy banaa sakte hain baked kar kar samosa ek bahut popular and famous Dish hain yah aapko pure India me mil jaega. veg or non-veg donon tere ko hi samosa hota hain but actually samosa vegetarian dish hain jiska crust maida se banaa hota hain aur usme feeling aalu,matar,mirch aur kuchh masalo ka hota hain but aap isko maide se nahin whole wheat aata se v banaa sakte hain aur ise Puri tarah se healthy kar sakte hain healthy samosa banane ke liye aapko kuchh baton ka Dhyan rakhna padega jaise ki aap white flour ki jagah whole wheat flour use karenge aur aapke ghar mein microwave hona chahie nahi ho to main aapko ek method bataunga jiski aap without microwave baked samosa banaa sakte hain aur unhealthy samosa ke jagah healthy samosa kha sakte hain.

Method:- Healthy samosa banane ke liye aapko sabse pahle whole wheat aata lena hai aur usme half teaspoon ajwain thoda sa namak aur 1 tbs ghee dalkar acche se milana hai usme ghee aur aate ko acche se mix karna hain uske bad usme thoda thoda pani de kar ek sakt aata gondh lena hain. Aate ko 1/2 hour ke liye rest me rakh dena hain. Uske bad pan me 1 tbs ghee Lena hain fir usme garlic dalkar usko fry karna hai uske bad samose ke stuffing ke liye mix banana hai Sabse pahle kacche kele ko lena hai fir chickpeas, black pepper, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, salt as per taste aur last me fried garlic dena hain aur fir acchi tarah hathon ke madad se milana hai ab aate ko ek Belan ki help se roti ke jaisa belna hain Fir usko half kar kar, uske kinaron per Thora sa Pani lagana hain. Fir uske donon kinaron ko mod kar jod dena hain ab bacche hue cavity me samose ki mix ko bhar dena hai usko upar se seal karke taiyar kar lena hai ISI tarah sare samosa ko taiyar karne ke bad usko pr-heated oven me 180 % temperature per 20 min tak pakna hain aur agar kisi ke pass over nahin hain tu vah samose ko pressure cooker me bhi banaa sakta hai but usme thoda time jyada lagta hai aur usme thodi mehnat jayda hoti hain. Pressure cooker me samosa banane ke liye aapko sabse pahle pressure cooker ke bottom me namak dena padega uske bad usko pre-heat karna padega fir samose ko ek tray me rakhna hain lekina ek baat yad rakhe pressure cooker me jo Namak hai uska contact direct samose wali tray se na ho uske bich stand rakh sakte hain ya fir chhoti katori rakh sakte hain jisse ki namak aur samose wali tray me koi contact na ho nahin to samose jalne ka dar laga ragata hai aur na usme siti lagaen, Pessure cooker mein aap samose ko 1/2 hour tak banakar utaar le aur apka zero % oil free and whole wheat samosa taiyar hain.
