1 glass Pani me 2-3 chammach sattu or usme chutki bhar salt 1/2 Limon or adar sugar pasand ho to 1-2 chammach v Mila sakte hain fir sattu ko achhi tarh mix kar kar pi sakte hai
Sattu ko is tarike se kavi nale
1.Sattu ko garam Pani me kavi nahi Lena chaiye
2.Sattu ko milk ke sath kavi nahi Lena chaiye
3.Sattu ko jayda matra me kavi nale
4.Sattu ko khane ke bad kavi nale.
